This Site is operated by Atelier by Zandria, a Canadian business based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We offer custom, made-to-order fashion accessories and home goods. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand your item is made on demand and will require processing time before shipping.

2. Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or performance; or
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or misuse any part of the Site or its content without permission.

All designs, graphics, text, and product photos are the intellectual property of Atelier by Zandria.

3. Products & Availability

All items are made to order through trusted fulfillment partners. Because products are created individually, slight variations in color or placement may occur. These are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel or refuse orders, modify or discontinue products, and adjust pricing without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout using the methods displayed on the Site. If a payment is declined or flagged for fraud, we may cancel the order.

5. Order Processing

Processing time (production time) is typically 3–7 business days. This may vary based on order volume, holidays, or supplier conditions.

Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Shipping

Standard worldwide shipping is free.

Estimated shipping time after fulfillment is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to customs or carriers, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist on a case-by-case basis.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country’s border agency. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons.

We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product descriptions, branding, and other content on the Site are owned by Atelier by Zandria. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or use this content in derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atelier by Zandria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. We may update product details, policies, or prices at any time without notice.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers, including printing partners, fulfillment centers, and payment processors. By purchasing from the Site, you agree that we may share necessary personal information with these parties to process and deliver your order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Saskatchewan, unless otherwise required by law.
